LAW 964LEC - Mental Illness and the Law

This course will focus on issues relating Mental Hygiene Law Articles 16, 18, 31 and 81; Criminal Procedure Law Article 730 and Article 9. The course will be conducted in lecture form. The use of guest speakers will be included to enhance the student?s understanding. Evaluation will consist of class participation and a final exam.
